Born with spina bifida, Aaron “Wheelz” Fotheringham was confined to crutches since he was a child. 

When the chance came to gain access to a wheelchair, Fotheringham jumped at it. But rather than view his wheelchair as confining, he saw it as a way to explore the neighborhood, including the local skatepark. Encouraged by his parents to take the first drop-in, adrenaline kicked in and he was hooked. This is a look inside the unique, unstoppable life of Aaron “Wheelz” Fotheringham.
